Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all items in their original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
